Common questions
How does the Yesline phone number work?+
On Pro, we provision a Telnyx number in your area code. Inbound and outbound calls route through it into a private LiveKit room. Yesline listens silently and texts you tactical cues during the call. You can forward to your existing cell or port your old number in.
Is recording calls legal in my state?+
Most US states are single-party consent. Twelve are two-party. Yesline plays an automatic disclosure tone and opening prompt, and blocks coaching where consent is unclear. See our consent FAQ for the state matrix.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel inside iCloud Settings → Subscriptions before the 7-day trial ends and you pay nothing. Annual plans refund unused months pro-rata in the first 14 days after billing.
Do you have a free version?+
You can try a single roleplay session in the app before subscribing. After that you're on a 7-day free trial of Pro — no separate free tier.
Do you offer team accounts?+
Not yet as a self-serve tier — team accounts ship once the manager dashboard is ready. Email sales@yesline.app if you want early access for a multi-rep org.
